Trip Hazards?
Saturday, November 29, 2014
Many homes have trip hazards which can easily result in a major fall.
Common sources are the edges of carpets and rugs, unobtrusive single “step-downs” from one level in a home to another, transitions between one flooring material and another, and cracked or shifted concrete/brick/stone walkways.
Take stock of the trip hazards you have and work to eliminate them or, in some cases, make them MORE obvious. Do it for your sake and that of any visitors to your home who will be less likely to see trouble coming.
